While it is our goal to ship items quickly, ready to ship items may take up to 14 business days to be processed & completed. Times may vary according to workload and the item/items ordered. You will receive an email on when the item has been shipped with a tracking number. Remember, tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours for the scan to be trackable. Jaded Local accepts returns for refunds and exchanges within 30 days of delivery of your order. Items must be free of use (make up, stains, discolorations, perfume, deodorant, animal hair and any other markings). If an item is sent back AFTER 30 days (post-marked after the 30th day of delivery) of being delivered, it cannot be accepted. If an item is returned with any of the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your cost. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be the customers’ responsibility. Jaded Local reserves the right to refuse service.
How Do I Make a Return?
If your purchase fulfills the return criteria, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your information, order number, and purchase date in the email. You will receive a return mailing address. When shipping your return or exchange, please hang on to your tracking number.
Once we receive the return, you will promptly receive your refund or have your new exchanged item shipped. We will email you this.
Can you guarantee shipping by a specific date?
Please email us at email@example.com before purchase if you’d like to check to see if your order can arrive by a specific date. We do not provide refunds for orders that are not delivered on time, particularly for quickly upcoming dates, as it’s always possible an order could be delayed at customs or via the postal service.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Mail
Jaded Local is not responsible for items mailed (or being returned) that become lost, stolen or damaged. If concerned, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to add additional insurance for shipping to safe guard against this. Additional insurance costs will be covered by customer.
Import Fees for International Buyers
Jaded Local is not responsible for any tariff or duty taxes levied by governments. We will not falsify the value of package.
How do custom orders work?
Once you purchase a custom jean jacket item with your exact personalization in the notes, expect an email from us to confirm your order. Expect orders to take 3-5 days to be completed. After that, shipping may take up to 3-5 days. We’ll keep in touch through every step and will not ship until you approve design.
Promo codes are never available for pre-existing custom orders or any order placed without the code. Beginning time and ending time for promo codes are always Central Standard Time.
